lasik treatment or any advanced give u r suggestions?

I wear glasses for past 5 years. Is there any way to get rid of glass? My friend told me to go for lasik. I would like to know whether it can be cured without lasik by doing any natural exercise and food habits. Pls tell me which is advanced in lasik (zyoptix).what will be the cost for doing it. tell me approximately. If you tell that it can be cured naturally means pls tell me what type exercise and food habits which I should follow.
