  1. Of course you will able to see things clearly there are thousands of operations carried out each day most of them are successful & if you had some experts helping you out there are 100% successful results. My grand mother had the operation & she was able to see things claerely. So dont be afried ,Just keep faith in GOD , pray. Good luck dude.
  2. Unless your eye doctor has given you a reason why you couldn't get a lens. Many pediatric ophthalmologists prefer to wait until the patient has stopped growing to limit the possibility of the lens sliding, being the correct size in the adult eye. There are procedures out there for implanting a secondary intraocular lens, but like anything else, this is something you would need to discuss with your eye doctor and your parents as to when the appropriate time would be for the intraocular lens placement. As for how well you will see after the procedure, it kinda depends on why your lens was removed when you were a baby, like whether there is another problem with another part of your eye, you may be able to gain some vision, but not all, or there may be no change, or there could be wonderful dramatic change to 20/20...once again, a VERY good question to ask your eye doctor who knows your eyes, ocular history, and the reason for your lens removal and that procedure note.
