4. the price varies mines went for 1800 an EYE..which was a total of about 3600, but i got the lifetime warranty so thats why it was so expensive. There's not much risk, i had mines done when i was 18 ( 2 years ago) but now my eyesight is getting a little bit blurry so i have to go back. i would suggest waiting until your vision doesn't change as much, until it stays stable.
