How can I get rid of these eye problems?

How can I get rid of eye bags? It's only noticeable on my right eye. What products or just things can I use or do to tone them down or, even better, get rid of them?? TY

1. This is a sign that your urinary system is struggling, specifically your right kidney. Do you have any symptoms in the urinary system indicating any weaknesses, ie: getting up during the night to pee too often, abnormally tired, pain in right kidney area, etc. I sugges taking some herbs ....
