Eye problems, why is one of my eyelids not showing?

Usually, you can see both my two eyelids, but on certain occasions, lasting for weeks, my right eyelid folds into my eye and makes it look like one eye has lids and the other doesn't. I don't like the look. I try to pull my eyelash out hoping that it would get my eyelid back out, but it doesn't work. I can put some water on it, and the lid comes back, but when I blink it folds back into the eye. What's wrong?

1. thats really weird and ive neva heard of it before id see a doctor about that if i were u
2. that happens to me sometimes, although not for weeks.... sometimes my eyes get swollen and wen the unswell they get sorta weird. if u cry or sleep like 10+ hours, it can make ur eyes swollen if they do get weird, put ice on it for a while. and actually try and get LESS sleep. it just makes ur lids appear... just try it
