Does the canon SD870 IS have problems with red eye?
I am thinking of buying a Canon SD camera but i'm not sure which model to buy. I would like something with at least 7 megapixels and that has fast response and since i have green eyes doesn't have problems with red eye. I am going to Spain soon and want to take quality pictures. I currently have the SonyDSC-T5 and am not happy with it. It's very bad with red eye. Does anybody have a Canon SD camera and could maybe help me out on which model i need?

- the 870 corrects the redeye problems when you view them on the camera almost all cameras have problems with redeye
- In low light situations and when the flash is positioned on the camera, close to the lens, red eye is almost a guarantee. The annoying preflash that is supposed to stop down the subjects' pupils doesn't really work and insures that your image will be captured only after a delay. Image editing programs do a good job of removing red eye and now I see some cameras, including the one mentioned by another poster, remove red eye in the camera. This seems like a good solution to an old problem.
