Eye Problems?

Ok I went on vacation yesterday to Busch Gardens. We went to Water Country and on the way home I noticed that my eyes were cloudy and a little pink (not too much). Later on I went to sleep woke up and put eye drops in my eyes and that settled it down. The next day I woke up, my eyes were swollen from rubbing them for so long the night before. They were hard to open but they opened later on during the day. I have had some allergy issues with my eyes when they were very itchy and have had a couple styes. But I don't think thats the case. What could these symptoms lead up to? Also, my eyes aren't even pink anymore and haven't been since yesterday night. They just feel kind of swollen but my eyes are completley open now.

  1. Your symptoms sound like pink eye. You said that your eyes got swollen for rubbing them so much, Don't worry, you had irritated your eyes thats why then you could barly open them. This happens to me alot when i go to My friend's Ranch. I always carry eye drops with me. It also depends on what kind of eye drops you use. Some people need stronger eye drops then others. I believe it was allergizes that was causing your eye problems either that or pink eye. Also bacteria can be a factor such as not washing your hands after you use the bathroom then rubbing near the eye or on it. It dosent nessesarly have to be you not washing your hands but someone else to and you touch them or something. If you can open your eyes now and they are not pink anymore then stop worrying!
  2. the water parks are notorious for bacteries and fungi. see Dr if you're not better by tomorrow, If it's allergies, Tobradex works great
