Lasik Eye Correction

Eye Problems..?

I have 20/60 vision in my right eye and 20/80 vision in my left eye.I am 12 years old.When I blink my eyes they do not shut completely.A few times a week I will just look at something and little rainbow blotches appear and go in the up direction.Once in a while one of my eyes will twitch uncontrolebly for about 30 seconds.Whats up?
