Does a haemophilia patient has higher risk on vitrectomy eye surgery if macula hole retinal detachment exist?

  1. hemophiliacs generally have higher risk on ANY surgery that they have; not to sound negative but without having a clotting factor in your blood to help stop a bleed, any surgery is going to produce some blood loss; however; a vitrectomy should be relatively ok; it's best to discuss your concerns with your doctor though;
