Eye Laser Surgery?
I've booked a consultation at a Eye Laser Correction place, I've been reading the info and it asks for you to state any history of anxiety & depression and if you currently take such drugs, how can this affect my suitability for the surgery?

- It does not affect your surgery at all. They just do not want to deal with people that may turn out to be "nightmare" patients. Of course people who don't have that can be nightmares as well. The last thing any surgeon wants is someone calling constantly and complaining.
- A patient may be on anti-depressant medication. You normally will receive Valium prior to your surgery to relax you. No sense in overdosing for LASIK.
